Conditions for participation in TCT Russia

You may participate in TCTRussia only upon completion of the registration. Registration is considered successfully completed upon full payment of the registration fee. The amount of the fee depends on the timing of making the payment. The fee must be paid in Roubles, US Dollars or Euro at the exchange rate of the Central Bank of Russia effective on the date of payment. Upon payment of the fee the participants will be entitled to attend the course and coffee break, the exhibition, to receive the course materials and the programme of the event, the Course Completion Certificate and the participant's portfolio.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Notice of cancellation must be made in writing, by email to the Organizing Committee.
Registration fees to be refunded as follows:
- on or May 25, 2012 -> 50% refund;
- after May 25, 2012 -> no refund.

Please indicate your bank details (Bank name and address, account holder, account number, IBAN and BIC) on your written cancellation. Refunds will be made within 7 days after the Congress.

REPLACEMENTS (CHANGE NAME)
Individuals may substitute their registration by another colleague of their organization at a cost of EUR 40.00. Notice of replacement must be made in writing, by email to the Organizing Committee.
